Chaekgeori (책거리; 冊距離) is a folk painting from Joseon Dynasty in th e 18th century. As a bibliophile and likes to promote studios learning, King Jeongjo was the first one to commision the first painting.
The Chaekgeori , also called Munbangdo , mainly represents books and also certain objects that scholars liked: stationery, ceramics, bronze objects, flowers, fruits and many others, of different colors.
