Create lovely earth tones with our natural brown food coloring. This all-natural fomulation contains no artificial dyes and uses spirulina extract and turmeric to create vivid colors. Our green natural food color is best suited for low-temperature processes and cold or frozen applications and will have the strongest color in those situations. Because this coloring is made without artificial dyes, it is very sensitive to high heat (such as in cooking and baking processes) and bright light and can fade when exposed to those factors. Use this versatile green food coloring liquid to create muted, pastel, earthy, and realistic green shades in frosting, icing, ice cream, and beverages. The more of this liquid food color is used, the more vibrant the final result will be. For best results, use 1/2 to 3/4 of a percent based on total volume as a starting level and adjust based on the desired shade. Please note that the aciditiy of ingredients will affect the final color, and the most vibrant hues will be provided in the 4-5 pH range.
